Great Team and a Fun Place to Work.
Benefits for full-time positions include a competitive salary, health care and dental benefits, paid vacation time, personal days, holidays, paid parking, and potential for profit sharing. And our entrepreneurial learning lab archetype (aka creator from The Hero and The Outlaw by Mark and Pearson) means that Dirigo is chalked full of learning, mentoring, and eager beavers (aka we love self-starters).
Dirigo is constantly looking to add “the right” new talent to our team. If you have big ideas and can turn your dreams into a marketing reality, we may have a job for you.
We are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals who have a passion for their craft and who want to join a growing team of driven professionals. We have two development tracks. One is for those who desire a fast-growth start-up type experience that is very dynamic and challenging, while the other is for teammates who prefer work/home balance with a steady work load, largely maintaining existing clients. If you want to work on large projects in a small team environment, you have found the right company. If you want to work one-on-one with clients with little management muddling (or an AE structure), you’ve found the right company. We have a growing list of satisfied customers, both locally and nationally. We don't just say that, look at our customer list.
Passion is what drives our business! We all got to Dirigo through sticktoiveness and a love of our craft. We respect candidates’ confidentiality when transitioning from current employment. Early morning and evening interviews are available upon request.
Senior Web Programmer/Developer — 10/2014
Front End Developer — 10/2014
We are looking for an experienced HTML programmer who is highly proficient at building web sites and skinning content management systems. The ideal candidate is well-versed in HTML and CSS, and works with either PHP or .NET. You must be a detail-oriented and a self-starter. It's more than zeros and ones baby! Having skills in cross-browser compatibility testing, troubleshooting, and implementing a design as it is created is a must—learning, learning, and learning is required! This is a full-time on-site 40 hour per week position.
Mid-Level Production Designer — 9/2014
We are seeking a designer with a minimum of two years of experience with both offline and online advertising, corporate brand, publishing, collateral, and direct mail expertise. The teammate will be highly creative and experienced, with a good head for business and the ability to balance creative thinking with interpersonal skills. General knowledge of typography, color, design, layout, and composition is vital. The perfect candidate will be infinitely curious, a clear communicator, truly inspired, have some copywriting skills (especially one-liners), and able to build designs that move the dial (e.g. sell goods and services or elevate brands). A team player with good communication skills a must! This is also full-time on-site 40 hour per week position.
